Founded in 2012 as a service company (BRIT Services at the time), in 2014 the company was renamed BRITech and started the transition to a SaaS company with a focus on Investment Management. It operates in 4 fundamental pillars in the delivery of investment management solutions: experience, technology, productivity and excellence.
Since 2015 BRITech is an investee of Oria Capital, Growth Equity for B2B technology companies, creating business continuity and innovation in the world.

A successful entrepreneur with a 20+ year track record, Yuryi was previously CEO and founder of YMF, a leading financial software company with 300 employees that was later sold to TOTVS. A well respected authority in the Brazilian technology sector, Yuryi is often called upon to advise firms and individuals on IT best practice and solutions. Before founding YMF, Yuryi spent 8 years in the Investment Bank GARANTIA as a Trader and Portfolio Manager.
Raul has a bachelor in Business Administration and Computer Science, also an MBA in Finances from Ibmec. 20+ years of experience in the financial markets, having worked for different financial institutions. Founder & CEO of Atatika (2007), a leading provider of software for the investment segment, focused on SMB market. Leader of Britech’s global expansion effort in South America and Europe.
Joined BRITech in 2014 and is responsible for Global Growth and Financial Officer. Marcos has over 20 years’ experience in the technology industry, most recently in executive roles focused on business development, M&A, operations and strategic planning. Prior to BRITech he was CFO at YMF, TOTVS, DATASUL, and BEMATECH.
Responsible for finance and administration, joined BRITech in 2016. Bachelor in Business Administration (FGV) with MBA in Finance (FIA / USP) with over 20 years of experience in financial services companies such as Banco Matrix, GP Investimentos, Bassini , Playfair & Wright, Citigroup Brazil and UK and others.
Luiz is responsible for the Operational activities. Luiz has over 20 years of experience in the financial markets, applying his business expertise to product development and implementation at Bradesco, YMF, DATASUL and TOTVS.
Graduated in computer engineering at PUC-RJ, with an MBA in Finance from IBMEC, now a days Insper. Fernando is co-founder of BRITech and his professional career has always been focused on the financial market, having previously been a partner at YMF working in the Asset Management market and then as a risk control manager for Banco Itaú’s treasury. He is currently responsible for BRITech’s distribution franchise in Brazil.
Antonio brings 20 years sales management experience in the financial technology sector with an outstanding track record of leadership and visionary expertise demonstrated through multiple career achievements. Most recently he had been heading up sales in EMEA at Broadridge for the Mid-Market and Investor Communication Solutions. Antonio has also provided consulting services to various startups in the design and implementation of go-to-market strategy for maximum impact. Antonio is responsible for BRITech expansion and growth across EMEA.
Alexandre has a degree in International Relations with post-graduation in Financial Markets and over 8 years of experience in the commercial and financial services areas, working in large Brazilian banks such as Bradesco and Itaú Personalité. He joined BRITech in 2018, the same year in which the company started its global expansion plans, period in which he was responsible for welcoming and onboarding new franchises. Currently, he is responsible for strategic decisions for both marketing and pre-sales areas with the challenge of implementing and adapting them to the cultural differences found in the regions where BRITech is present.
Post-Graduated in Digital Business (MBA) at Faculdade FIAP. Post-Graduated in (MBA) MIT – Master in Information Technology by FIAP College and Graduated in Technology in Database Systems by IBTA College. Working for over 20 years in the Information Technology market in institutions such as: TOTVS SA, YMF – Financial Architecture, Grupo Veris Educacional, Origin do Brasil, Banco Banorte SA, Treinasoft. Joined BRITech in 2014, coordinating the cloud Governance for BRITECH’s environments to meet the strategic business needs and also in Project Management of BRITech Systems Implementation, following the best practices of PMBOK Guide and Agile Methodologies.
Rodrigo has a degree in Economics from the University of São Paulo, with an MBA from the University of Southern California – Marshall School of Business. He has more than eight years of professional experience in financial services and investment management, working in advisory on mergers and acquisitions and Private Equity and Venture Capital funds with a focus on technology companies.
Cecilia Romero is a licensed attorney in Brazil, holding a law degree from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) and a LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law (NYU). She has more than ten years of professional experience in M&A, compliance and infrastructure. Prior to joining BRITech in October 2021, Cecilia worked at one of the top law firms in Brazil – Mattos Filho Advogados – where she had deep exposure to M&A, infrastructure deals and compliance issues. She also worked as an international associate at Jones Day during the years of 2014 and 2015 where she represented one of the largest retail companies in the U.S. in a multimillion settlement for violation of the FCPA.
Ger has spent the first part of his career as Financial Director at several organisations like Apple Computer Europe. Since mid 90’s he became involved in commercial assignments and ever since he worked at different organisations to hunt for new business and setting-up new sales organisations in new territories. He also worked for more than 12 years as Regional Director for Advent Software (part of SS&C) to build out the BeNeLux, build-up the Middle-East and Pacific. Since 2013 he is running his own Software House and represents BRITech in the BeNeLux and other parts of Europe.
Executive with more than 15 years of experience, 10 of them as management consulting and 5 on information technology management. The last 3 years putting together and leading the operative platform of consultancy (focusing on Digital Transformation & Digital/Enterprise Architecture) on financial markets. As management consultant and IT manager, worked with leaders of the financial sector in Brazil, Peru, Panama, Chile and USA. Co-founder of Latam Region sales channel and currently Partner of Britech Latam covering the pacific alliance region with focus in Peru and Colombia.
Executive with more than 12 years of experience in Digital Consulting in financial services industry with experience in Europe, Middle East and Latam. Set up and lead Business&Decision operations in South America – a French and international Consulting company. Set up and lead Analytics AI practice for Financial services at Accenture as Senior Manager. Co-founder of BRITtech Latam Region sales channel and currently Partner of Britech Latam covering the pacific alliance region with focus in Chile and Mexico.
Steven Mars is a co-founder of MD Solutions responsible for business development and executive leadership. Since 2004, Steven has guided MD Solutions through the creation of multiple service and business verticals aimed at resolving challenges facing the investment management industry. Drawing upon his direct experience in the industry, working as a technology consultant and a professional services provider, Steven has assisted hundreds of clients realize the full value of integrating their staff and technology. Transitioning from a focus on process redesign through the use of on-premise technology to cloud-based solutions, Steven’s focus is now the delivery of world-class cloud-based technology solutions that are industry compliant and cost effective.
Mikhail is a seasoned executive with significant experience across investment and private banking businesses. Formerly, Mikhail held a position of Executive Director within JP Morgan’s Private Banking business in London where he headed teams of business and risk managers across EMEA region and in the prior year’s worked within Morgan Stanley’s investment banking and equity capital markets teams. Mikhail studied at Brunel University where he graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Economics and Business Finance. Mikhail is an advocate and champion for innovation and frequently advises start-ups in the Wealth Management sector. Currently Mikhail is responsible for driving BRITech client growth in the UK. He resides in London with his wife and children.
Graduated in Business Administration at UNIMES, with MBA in Business Specialization at FGV and certified as a Leader Coach by ICI in São Paulo. He built his career in the sales segment having worked at banks such as Santander, Pine, Fibra and BMC as a senior executive in the commercial area. He also accumulates experiences as chief commercial executive Grupo Flytour American Express, Grupo Galcorr Corretora de Seguros and recently at Loparlo – a company specialized in commercial strategy. Wilson is responsible for driving the growth of BRITech’s customers in Brazil.
Bachelor in Business Administration with a Master in Innovation Technology and Business Intelligence and more than 7 years of experience in the commercial area of business development in IT Consulting, building interesting IT business for some sectors like: banking, insurance, like MetLife, BBVA Bancomer. In markets such as America and Europe, has consolidated business where development and technological innovation are the most important role.
Alessandra began her career as Financial Director at the Musical Instrument Research Institute in Italy before co-founding Iagica srl in 2017, where she has been leading sales of large accounts. Alessandra is responsible for leading BRITech’s growth in Italy, Ticino and Malta.
Juergen is an executive leader with a vast network and profound experience in leading global sales teams to deliver goals. He combines three decades of signing deals in over 50 countries across all continents, coupled with exceptional intercultural awareness, people skills and emotional intelligence. His hands-on sales leadership combined with in-depth coaching skills maximizes the returns of sales teams across the world.
